Pre-application fees for a listed building

Listed Buildings are buildings or structures considered to be of special architectural or historic interest and are designated by the Secretary of State.

If a formal decision on either of the below is required, an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Works to a listed building should be submitted.
