Local Land Charge Register Information can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We require the full postal address and a clearly outlined Ordnance Survey map of the land or property to be searched.
There are no facilities for personal searchers to inspect the local land charges register personally, so we will undertake this on your behalf and email you a copy of the register entries relevant to your specified land or property.
The turn-around times for register information will be the same as for official searches, although your acknowledgement will state that the information will be provided in 20 working days to adhere to the Environmental Information Regulations.
Please be aware that the information contained in the copy is "raw data" and your own checks are recommended. Local Land Charges staff will not be able to answer questions with regard to register entries.
