Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations require all local planning authorities that issue a CIL liability notice or enter into section 106 planning obligations during a reporting year to publish an infrastructure funding statement (IFS) annually. This IFS is a factual report which summaries the amount of developer contributions obtained, allocated and spent in the previous financial year (April 2022 to March 2023). The IFS sets out how the money collected through both Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 agreements within the District Council, has been used over the past year.
