This service is available from Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.

The answer to most planning enquiries should be available on the Planning pages of this website.  If you wish to discuss a specific application or site with a planning officer you will need to make a prior appointment with that planning officer or their support officer.

Applicants and agents will be provided with their case officer's contact details at the application acknowledgement stage. For all other enquiries please use 01353 665555, or contact us using our online enquiry form (external link).

The following information provides the structure of the planning officers and their appropriate team leader and support officer. If officers are unavailable, your call will be forwarded to a Technical Support Officer in the first instance and then to our Customer Services team who will leave a message for the officer to return your call.
