No access to Internet?
There are 4 self serve kiosks in our reception with links to our own website, ARP, Sanctuary Housing, Homelink, Cambridgeshire County Council and Gov UK. These are available within office opening hours.

Our friendly Customer Services Team is available all day to help you with your enquiry. If you would like to discuss benefits or you have a general enquiry relating to Sanctuary Housing, there are advisers available.
There is also a self serve area in Reception with direct telephone line to Sanctuary Housing Repairs, Cambridgeshire County Council, Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates and internet access to East Cambridgeshire District Council, ARP, Sanctuary Housing, Homelink, Cambridgeshire County Council and GOV UK.
Please note the last payment must be taken by 4.30pm on a Thursday and 4pm on a Friday.
The Council does NOT accept ANY cash payments.
