Waste collections
Owing to the hot weather for the rest of this week our collection crews will be starting earlier in the morning. Please make sure your waste and recycling is presented at the boundary of your property by 6am on your collection day.
Contact authorities and apply for licences
If you are packaging goods, then you may wish to contact Trading Standards for labelling and legal advice. If you wish to trade on the roadside, you will require a licence. Each authority has its own rules on street trading, so speak to the council that covers the area in which you wish to trade.
If you are selling alcohol or providing food late at night you will require a premises licence. See our food safety page for more information.
