Reporting anti-social driving
Cambridgeshire Constabulary is responsible for gathering evidence and enforcing the Order. If you witness anti-social driving, you should report it directly to the police.
You can report incidents:
- online via the Cambridgeshire Constabulary website
- through the police live web chat service
- by calling 101
In an emergency, or if a crime is in progress, always call 999.
Our role
As part of our partnership with Cambridgeshire Constabulary, we are responsible for issuing Fixed Penalty Notices of £100, processing payments, issuing reminder notices and, where necessary, progressing cases through the courts. Non-payment of a Fixed Penalty Notice can result in prosecution through the courts.
Further information about the PSPO, including where it applies, how it is enforced and answers to frequently asked questions, is available within our PSPO Guide.
