Full enforcement case file for Toll House, Stretham

I am submitting a request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, seeking all records relating to any Planning Enforcement Investigation at my property: Toll House, Wilburton Rd, Stretham, Ely, Cambs CB6 3LN.
Specifically, please provide all information held between 1st January 2012 and 31st December 2015 including but not limited to:
• the enforcement case reference number
• all officer notes, site visit records, photographs, and internal reports
• all correspondence (internal and external) relating to the investigation
• the date(s) of any site visit(s)
• the date the case was closed
• the formal closure reason and any written decision explaining why no further action was taken
The investigation concerned a complaint made to the Council regarding a static caravan positioned within the residential curtilage. A Planning Enforcement Officer attended the property (approximately 2013 / 14, though the exact date is what I am seeking) and subsequently closed the case.
