List of all tattoo shops and registration dates

Please provide a list of all licensed and/or registered tattoo studios and commercial tattooing premises currently authorised to operate within your council area. For each premises, please provide:

• Name of the studio.
• Full postal address (including postcode).
• Name of the licence or registration holder, where recorded.
• Type of approval (for example, tattooing only; tattooing and cosmetic piercing; semi‑permanent skin colouring, etc.).
• The date the licence/registration was first granted and, if applicable, the date it is due for renewal or expiry.
