We have been made aware of an issue with the postcode lookup in our payments system. Payments are working as normal, please enter your address manually whilst we wait for an update from our provider. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we request any updated, newly created, or amended information relating to deceased individuals within your jurisdiction who were confirmed as having no known next of kin, as well as those whose next-of-kin status was not confirmed.
We ideally require the following information broken down into individual records of the deceased:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Date of death
• The last known post code, area or full address
We confirm that there have been no additions to the published Public Health Funeral dataset since it was last updated.
In respect of those requests that were answered in full or partially and the total refused please take this as notice under FOIA, that we:

Section 21 states the following:
1) Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under Section 1 is exempt information.
2) For the purposes of subsection (1) – Information may be reasonably accessible to the applicant even though it is accessible only on payment, and
Information is to be taken to be reasonably accessible to the applicant if it is information which the public authority or any other person is obliged by or under any enactment to communicate (otherwise than by making the information available for inspection) to members of the public on request, whether free of charge or on payment.
Therefore, as the Council publish this information, the information is exempt from disclosure under Section 21 of the Act.
