Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:
- The total number of live injunctions currently held by your local authority.
- The total number of injunction applications made by your authority in the past three years (please provide figures for each year separately).
- If available, a brief description of the types of ASB or behaviours these injunctions were used to address (e.g., nuisance behaviour, ASB, housing‑related issues).
- Whether your authority has a dedicated policy or strategy relating to the use of injunctions to reduce ASB.
