Number of enquires listed by Councillor for 2025/26

Please advise the number of pieces of "casework" raised by each councillor with your local authority from 1/3/25 to 1/3/26  - as a list with the number of queries each councillor has logged. Please include all queries officially logged by each named councillor - whether on behalf of a resident they represent or where the councillor has raised the query on his own account (often these are known as "member enquiries").

East Cambridgeshire District Council is a small Local Authority and does not employ Political Assistants or Member Support Officers who undertake the role of recording Member enquiries. We therefore do not hold this information. 

In respect of those requests that are answered in full, partially or the total refused, please take this as notice under FOIA, that we:

a) Consider the information as exempt from disclosure under the Act; 

b) Claim exempt under sections of the Act: 

Section 12(4)(a) – Information Not Held 

c) State why the exemption applies: 

Regulation 12 (4) a public authority may refuse to disclose information to the extent that (a) it does not hold that information when an applicant’s request is received.
