Can you advise if any properties or areas of land within East Cambridgeshire are affected by a live Compulsory Purchase Order? If so, can you provide a list/map of the affected areas?

There are two active Compulsory Purchase Orders:
The first was granted by the Secretary of State for Energy, Security and Net Zero, for Sunnica Energy Farm. All relevant documentation, including list/map can be inspected by contacting:

The second was granted by the Secretary of State, for Network Rail (Cambridge Re-Signaling)
Order 2024. All relevant documentation, including list/map can be inspected by contacting
Network Rail.
