1. We have not undertaken a district level grey/green belt review since being introduced via the NPPF in December 2024.
2. One site has been identified as being grey belt since the introduction of the grey belt policy via the NPPF 2024
a) 1 site that falls partly within LPA area with area within LPA area being 901 sq m or 0.2 acres
