We write to formally request disclosure of environmental information pursuant to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (“the EIR”) in relation to planning application reference 25/00966/VAR (variation of Condition 11 attached to 18/01397/OUT).  The statutory determination period for this application expired on 3 November 2025. 

  1. Confirmation of the current status of application 25/00966/VAR, including whether it remains undetermined, withdrawn, subject to an agreed extension of time, referred to Planning Committee, or otherwise pending determination. 
  2. The date of validation of the application.
  3. Copies of all amendments, revised drawings, supporting statements, or additional documentation submitted in respect of this application since validation.
  4. Copies of any agreed extension of time for determination, including written evidence of such agreement between the Council and the applicant (or their agent).
  5. Copies of all officer reports, delegated authority reports, internal memoranda, file notes, and decision-making documentation prepared in relation to this application.
  6. Copies of all correspondence (including emails) between the applicant (or their agents) and the Council relating to this application since validation.
  7. Copies of internal communications (including emails and memoranda) between planning officers, development management managers, legal officers, and any senior officers concerning:
  • determination strategy,
  • delay or non-determination,
  • procedural handling of the application,
  • and any consideration of extension of time.
  1. Confirmation of the applicant named on the application and a copy of the Ownership Certificate submitted pursuant to Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
