Please provide all information held by East Cambridgeshire District Council in relation to the fire hydrant provision and firefighting water supply for the proposed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development at Hightown Drove, Burwell.
Specifically, I request:
- The location of all fire hydrants within 1 kilometre of the proposed Hightown Drove BESS site, including any site plans or mapping held by the council.
- The rated flow capacity (litres per minute) of each hydrant.
- Any correspondence, reports, or consultation responses from Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service relating to firefighting water supply for the Hightown Drove site.
- Any fire safety strategy documents, water supply assessments, or fire authority comments submitted in support of the planning application.

Any records of required or proposed hydrant upgrades associated with the development.
