List of all planning applications that had viability and / or financial assessments

Please could you provide a list of planning applications within East Cambridgeshire that were validated or determined between January 2021 and December 2025 where a viability assessment / financial viability assessment / viability appraisal was submitted as part of the application.

I’m only interested in small residential schemes, so please exclude developments of 40 units or more, as well as large strategic or regeneration sites.

For each scheme, it would be really helpful if you could provide:

• the site address
• the number of residential units
• the title of the viability document
• a link to the document on the planning portal (or confirmation if it isn’t publicly available)

If this would exceed the cost limit, I’m happy for it to be restricted to the most recent 36 months.
