Details of all fly tips for past 12 months

Please could you provide the information for the past 12 months only, in the format in which it is held, limited strictly to the following fields:
1. Incident or case reference number
2. Date the incident was recorded or reported
3. Location information as held (for example, coordinates, postcode, street name, or free-text location description)
I confirm that I do not require any personal data, including suspected perpetrator details, vehicle registrations, enforcement outcomes, or narrative notes.

The reports in red are highlighted as such as they are reports on fly tipping forms to the council but are made up of duplicate reports of already known tips and matters reported as fly tips that do not fit the definition of an illegal waste deposit at section 33(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and reports made of fly tips that relate to another district area.
Not all data areas are complete; there are some cases references missing and some dates of reports missing. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the system to confirm those details but suffice that those events are reported fly tips.
