Please provide the following details for each department:
1. Name of each software application currently in use
2. Whether the application is installed locally on devices, hosted on a Virtual Desktop, or virtual app basis (Citrix or Azure VDI, or similar) or hosted by the developer (cloud-based/SaaS)
3. Current version number of each application
4. Number of licences held for each application
5. Contract type – whether the contract is rolling or fixed-term
6. Annual cost of each application

Planning and Building Control – Idox, hosted, Version 10.8.7 (10.8.7.1 1212), 40 licences, Rolling, £53,317.76 per annum
o Council Tax - MRI One Revenues & Benefits system. Please note that our Revenues and Benefits are run by Anglia Revenues Partnership, who run the Revs & Bens for five local authorities. The cost and licences are therefore cover all five authorities.
o Bins, Rubbish and Recycling – Bartec Collective, hosted,Version 16.1.1.9, unlimited licences, Fixed Term
o Housing – n/a

o Parking, Streets and Transport – Parking (off street only) - Chipside, hosted, Version 5.0, unlimited users, Rolling, £12,590.00. We do not have software in regard to Streets and Transport as this falls under the remit of Cambridgeshire County Council.
