Register entries for base year 2016/17

Please can you let me know the number of entries on the custom and self-build housing register for Base Year 1 (31st October 2016 to 31st October 2017) to Base Year 11 (current) at East Cambridgeshire and the number of planning permissions that have gone towards meeting the demand for the same base periods?

Query relates to the Authority’s duties under the self-build and custom housebuilding Act (2015, as amended 2016).  

Please also provide the relevant planning application reference numbers for the self-build plots granted permission to meet the demand.

All requested information is published in the district’s Authority Monitoring Reports (AMR). These are published on the “Planning monitoring and land supply” page of the eastcambs.gov.uk website - eastcambs.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/planning-policy-and-guidance/planning-monitoring-and-land-supply
Please refer to the newest AMR (2024 to 2025) for the number of entries on the register each year, as well as the most recent planning permissions. For older planning permissions, please refer to the previous year’s report (2023 to 2024) which has a full list going back to 2016.
