Details of Cllr Cane's remuneration since April 2025

Please would you kindly be able to provide the following information:
• Whether Cllr Charlotte Cane has, since 4 April 2025, received any remuneration under ECDC's Member Allowances Scheme (including basic allowance, SRAs, and those for travel, subsistence etc.)
• Confirmation as to whether Cllr Cane has at any time since 4 July 2024 renounced (either in full or in part) her entitlement to any such allowance, the date on which this occurred and the date on which the latest relevant payment was made
• Correspondence relating to any such renunciation (i.e.: the email/letter to the Chief Finance Officer, as required by the Member Allowance Scheme)

• Cllr Cane has received Members Basic Allowance in April 2025 only. There are zero claims for travel / subsistence in 2025/26.
• Since May 2025 all the allowance has been given to charity through GAYE (Give as you earn) scheme.
• Instruction received from Charities Trust on 22/04/2025. Please see attachment.
