Breakdown of all planning enforcement notices from 2023
Request received 13 November 2025:
I would be grateful if you could provide a more detailed version of the Council’s planning enforcement register covering those entries listed in the Planning Enforcement Index for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 (5 entries for 2023, 4 entries for 2024 and 6 entries for 2025), showing for each entry: site address, description of the alleged breach, type of notice/action taken (e.g. enforcement notice, breach of condition notice, stop notice, etc.), date of issue, and (where recorded) the eventual outcome or closure reason.
