Confirmation of gross cost for pest control services and where the income to pay for pest control is derived from

Please can you also provide gross expenditure?
Also, please can you confirm the sources of income to cover some of the costs for pest control? Does the money come from central government or from council tax, for example?

The figures provided is the gross expenditure, as the companies used are not VAT Registered.
Pest control work done is funded by ECDC Revenue budgets.
