Request a bulky waste collection
We offer a residential bulky waste collection service for household items. This collection service is not suitable for businesses.
We currently charge £30.25 for 3 household items. Fridges and freezers are £30.25 each as this requires additional handling costs. Extra items that have not been paid for will not be collected.
Providing we receive your request before midday on Friday, we aim to collect from you within 7 working days.
Cancellations, amendments, or additions are accepted up to and including the Friday before collection. We do not issue refunds.

Prior to collection
Prior to collection, you must ensure that:
- all items booked for are left at the edge of your property, next to the public highway, by 7am on your arranged collection day
- the maximum size of any item is limited to 6'6" (202cm) at its longest point. Please ensure all items are broken down as much as reasonably possible
- any glass items are to be wrapped or covered

If items are not presented according to our guidelines above, it may result in a non-collection and the collection would need to be rearranged.
