Apply for an assisted collection

Assisted collections are provided where households are unable to move their waste to the kerbside, due to infirmity, serious long-term illness, or disability. The service is only provided where no member of the household can move the waste.

The crews will then collect your bins/bags from an agreed collection point on your property, and return your bins once emptied. The collection point must be visible from the roadside and all access gates must be unlocked. We will return all bins to the pre-agreed storage point. 

We will contact you every 2 years to check your assisted collection is still required.

Please cancel your assisted collection if it is no longer required.
