Waste collections
Owing to the hot weather for the rest of this week our collection crews will be starting earlier in the morning. Please make sure your waste and recycling is presented at the boundary of your property by 6am on your collection day.
Submit an application
The majority of Building Control applications we receive are either Full Plans applications or Building Notices. In both cases the application must be made before works start, and the charge for each is the same.
If the building is of a type covered under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, you must submit a Full Plans application. For further information on which application your project requires, please see the LABCs website on application types.
