    Building Control application with full plans or Initial Notice submitted

  2. Step 2

    Submit commencement notice with Building Safety Levy Charging Information (Commencement Stage) with BSL Building and Units spreadsheet

  3. Step 3

    Levy Liability Notice or Notice of No Charge issued

  4. Step 4

    Pay correct fee

  5. Step 5

    Levy Payment Certificate issued

  6. Step 6

    Send notice of completion to LA

  7. Step 7

    Completion Certificate issued
