Discover Local Support for Your Health and Wellbeing

Following several successful events, East Cambridgeshire District Council is hosting another Health and Well Fair event this summer, offering residents the opportunity to connect with local organisations, services and community groups dedicated to support our residents to live happy and healthy lives.
The event will be a fun, free family day out with a focus on health and wellbeing, with information, advice and support across a range of topics, including:
- healthy living
- exercise and active lifestyles
- mental health and emotional wellbeing
- financial wellbeing
There will be plenty to see and do throughout the day, including:
- free climbing wall and smoothie bikes
- sports taster sessions and information on local opportunities to get active
- emergency CPR Training
- cost of living advice and support
- opportunities
- health MOTs provided by Healthy You
- information on local clubs, charities and workshops
- engagement opportunities with East Cambridgeshire Community Safety Partnership and Cambridgeshire County Council Communities Service
