Landlords in East Cambridgeshire are encouraged to attend a free event to hear the latest updates for the private rented sector.

East Cambridgeshire District Council is hosting the event on 10 September at the Maltings in Ely to share information with landlords to support successful tenancies.

Hot topics for discussion include the Private Renters’ Bill, rent deposits and successful tenancy sustainment.

Landlords will also find out more about grants for adaptations and energy efficiency improvements to properties.

The event is free to attend and runs from 10am until midday on Wednesday 10 September at the Maltings, Ship Lane, Ely. Attendees do not need to pre-book.
