We’ve launched a new website www.eastcambs.gov.uk to better improve the service we’re able to provide to residents.
New features include an advice hub for residents needing help with housing, benefits and cost of living support, and a community directory detailing a wide range of charitable, sporting and locally-based organisations.
You can also use the website to search for updates on our emerging Local Plan and information about our waste collection services.
The website also contains:
- information on Council Tax, business rates and benefits
- details of how we’re creating a cleaner, greener East Cambridgeshire
- advice on how best to Explore East Cambridgeshire and find out what’s happening at the vibrant and historic Ely Markets
- a dedicated business hub
- a directory to find your local councillor
You can also continue to self-serve to carry out regular actions, such as making safe and secure payments, report a missed bin or notify us of a fly-tip.
The website has been designed to be more accessible, allowing you to access it on the go using a mobile or other handheld device.
We’ve been working hard to bring you this fresh and user-friendly experience, but please bear with us as it’s still a work in progress.
