Residents, businesses and other stakeholders across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough are being asked for their views on the future of local government.
Witcham Parish Council is in the advanced stages of preparing a neighbourhood plan.
The emerging neighbourhood plan, together with supporting documents, were submitted to East Cambridgeshire District Council on 7 July 2025.
A public consultation on the submission version of the neighbourhood plan is taking place between Thursday 17 July and Tuesday 2 September 2025.

The consultation period commences on Thursday 17 July and ends at 23:59 on Tuesday 2 September 2025.
The draft Witcham Neighbourhood Plan and accompanying submission documents are available to download on this page. In addition, a copy of the draft Witcham Neighbourhood Plan is available to view in the council offices in Ely, during normal opening times.
To make a representation on the draft neighbourhood plan, it should be in writing:
All comments must be received on or before Tuesday 2 September 2025.
Once the consultation period has ended, the proposal and other supporting material, together with the representations received, will be considered by an independent examiner. Further details on the examiner and the examination process will be made available in due course, pages will be updated as the consultation and examination period progresses.
