Environmental Services officers at East Cambridgeshire District Council are appealing for information following the discovery of fly-tipped cannabis production waste that was dumped over the weekend (1 and 2 February 2025).
East Cambridgeshire District Council has joined a new initiative designed to help reduce the five million disposable menstrual products which it estimates go to landfill from across the district every year.
Cambridgeshire County Council has confirmed items such as upholstered sofas, upholstered chairs, cushions and beanbags can now be accepted at Cambridgeshire County Council-owned household waste and recycling centres, such as the one at Witchford.
