Gaming machines
You will need a gaming machine permit if you are planning to:
- install gaming machines in premises licensed for alcohol under the Licensing Act 2003
- install gaming machines in club premises where membership is restricted to members and guests
Online applications
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to apply for gaming permits online. However, we are happy to accept signed PDF copies via email.

Applicants are required to supply a copy of their application to the relevant Responsible Authorities according to the type of application being submitted:

* Not required if the applicant holds a Club Premises Certificate issued under the Licensing Act 2003.
