Details of companies approved for home energy installation

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information held by
East Cambridgeshire District Council:
1. The names of the companies on any approved, preferred or framework list the council
uses for domestic energy work, including heating, heat pumps, insulation, solar PV,
windows and EV chargers. This includes installers used to deliver grant-funded homeenergy schemes.
2. For each company, the trades or measures it is approved for.
3. If the council uses a managing agent or an external framework instead of its own list, the
name of that agent or framework.

ECDC in partnership with other local authorities in Cambridgeshire utilise a framework for such
work, as summarised on this page (which includes a list of the contractors on that framework):
ECDC is not the host council for such a framework. Please contact Cambridge City Council (as
the host) for full details of the framework arrangements.
