Breakdown of nuisance complaints against Ely Poultry Unit for past 10 years

Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I am requesting information held by the
Council's Environmental Health team relating to statutory nuisance complaints (for example
noise, odour, flies, or dust) at the following site, covering the last 10 years: The Bungalow, Ely
Poultry Unit, Lancaster Way Business Park, Witchford, Cambridgeshire, CB6 3NW - operated
by G W Padley Poultry Limited
Specifically, I am requesting:
• Any record of statutory nuisance complaints received (noise, odour, flies, dust, or
similar), including the date and a brief description of the complaint.
• Any abatement notices, warning letters, or other formal action taken in response.
• Any correspondence between the Council and the operator relating to nuisance issues
at the site.
