Breakdown of notices issued for past year

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued across all off-street car parks owned or operated by East Cambridgeshire District Council.
Please provide the following data for the most recent complete 12-month period available (or the most recent complete calendar year / financial year, whichever is easiest to aggregate):
1. A ranked list of all council-operated off-street car parks showing the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued in each location during this 12-month period.
2. The total monetary amount collected/paid from PCNs for each car park listed.
3. The number of PCNs issued in each car park that were formally appealed and subsequently cancelled, withdrawn or written off.
4. The top three most common reasons/contravention codes for PCNs issued across your top five highest-fined car parks (e.g. non-payment, overstaying ticket time, parking outside marked bays).
