Info including Medium Term Financial Strategy, Grants and Budget Gap

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following information relating to East Cambridgeshire District Council.
1. Medium Term Financial Strategy
The current MTFS or budget consultation document, including the revenue budget, net service expenditure, the council tax precept, business rates income and government grant income.
2. Community grants
a) Total grants paid to voluntary and community organisations in each of the last five financial years.
b) A list of current grant recipients and the amount each receives.
3. Staff headcount
Total full-time-equivalent employees at the end of each of the last five financial years. If the council also holds a headcount of agency and interim staff, please give that separately.
4. The projected budget gap
a) The projected budget gap for the current financial year and each of the next three.
b) The assumptions that gap rests on — in particular the council tax increase assumed each year, and any planned use of reserves to close it.
c) Where the council expects to close the gap, please identify the savings or income measures relied on.
