Total costs to date, projected future costs and if these costs have been shared

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information regarding Local Government Reorganisation (LGR):
- The total estimated cost to East Cambridgeshire District Council associated with Local Government Reorganisation, including any workstreams, consultancy fees, staff time, communications, and engagement activity.
- A breakdown of costs incurred to date, by financial year.
- Any projected or budgeted costs for future LGR-related work.
- Details of any external consultants, advisors, or contractors appointed in relation to LGR, including the name of each organisation, the nature of the work, and the value of the contract or commission.
- Confirmation of whether any costs have been shared or reimbursed by partner authorities or central government.
