1.The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued to vehicles for parking outside or beyond the markings of a designated parking bay, including both on-street parking and council-operated car parks for each of the following years: 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 (please provide figures up to the latest point available this year)
Where possible, please break these figures down by private/passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle/van.

East Cambridgeshire District Council is responsible for council owned and managed car parks only. On-street parking falls under the remit of the Police.
