List of all developments where Open Space intended for adoption was not completed

Please provide a comprehensive list of all known completed developments within your authority’s area where designated open space was intended to be adopted by the council but has not, to date, been formally adopted within the past 10 years.
Please provide the following:
Essential supporting data
- Site Name/Address
- Developer Name
- Amount of commuted sum to be paid to facilitate adoption
- Whether the commuted sum to facilitate adoption has been paid
- Area of site (preferably hectares)
Desired additional data
- Planning Application Reference(s).
- Reasons why the Local Authority have not adopted the open space
