Number of planning applications for data centres since 2024

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information concerning planning applications for data centre developments received and/or determined by the council within the period below.
1. A list of all planning applications for data centre developments (including new builds, extensions, and changes of use to existing buildings) received and/or determined between 1st January 2024 and the date of your response to this request. For each application, please provide: a) the planning reference number; b) the site address; c) the name of the applicant and/or developer; d) the date the application was received; e) the current status of the application, or, if determined, the decision and the date of that decision.
2. For each application listed above, whether the submitted documentation included an assessment of anticipated electricity or power demand, and if so, the peak demand figure stated (for example, in megawatts or megavolt amperes).
3. For each application listed above, whether the submitted documentation included an assessment of anticipated water demand or usage, and if so, the figure stated.
4. Copies of any correspondence between the council and the National Grid, the relevant Distribution Network Operator, or any other energy infrastructure provider, concerning grid capacity or connection requirements relating to the applications listed above.
5. Whether the council has produced, commissioned, or adopted any policy document, position statement, or supplementary planning guidance specifically addressing data centre development, and if so, a copy of that document.
Please cover the period from 1st January 2024 to the date of your response to this request.
