Copies of viability assessments for 50+ unit developments since 2023

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

• All viability assessments submitted for residential developments of 50+ units since Jan 2023
• Officer reviews or independent audits of those assessments
• A list of developments approved with reduced or zero affordable housing (AH) contributions and the justification given
• Any correspondence discussing concerns about viability methodologies

If the full viability reports are exempt, please provide summaries, review conclusions, and the percentage of affordable housing originally proposed vs agreed.
