2.Provide all records which demonstrate how any changed market conditions so identified were promulgated within council.
3.Provide all records which demonstrate how any changed market conditions so identified and having the potential for adverse impact on the commercial prospects of the Mepal Bereavement Centre have been mitigated with regard to the business plan.
4.If no measures in mitigation were deemed necessary, provide all records which demonstrate the reasoning which supported this view.

No separate reports were produced of changing market conditions was carried out beyond analysis of potential market capture and fees and charges which were reflected/ included in the business case that went to council on the dates below. The detailed business case was in exempt session, but the fees and charges analysis were at Finance & Assets Committee. All are public documents apart from the commercial sensitive elements.
