6. authorised, licensed, or otherwise permitted Purple Monster Recycling to place recycling banks on land owned, leased, or managed by the Council?
7. held any agreements, permits, contracts, complaints, enforcement records, or internal communications relating to Purple Monster Recycling operated by this organisation?
