The Mix is a UK-based charity that provides free, confidential support for young people under 25 via online, social media and mobile. It has a free, confidential helpline, and a counselling service. They can help with advice on any challenge faced by young people, from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs.
