Further education cold spots
We chair a local advisory group looking at further education cold spots across the district. Several sites have been identified in collaboration with West Suffolk College.
These include plans to develop the VIVA Project at Spencer Mill in Soham into a second learning and skills hub, which forms part of the wider £325,000 investment in the town.
East Cambs Careers and Skills Fair
The local advisory group also work in collaboration with the annual East Cambs Careers and Skills Fair at Ely Cathedral, which is attended by up to 1,000 students from across the district.
