Many benefits and applications for help and advice need to be managed online.
For example, to claim Universal Credit you will need to submit and manage your claim online and check your online journal regularly.
If you are happy going online but do not have reliable internet access or access to a computer, tablet or smartphone, we have computers with free internet access available at the council’s offices in Ely.
They are also available at your local library and Jobcentre.
