The maximum capacity for meetings in the Council Chamber has been set by the Health & Safety Officer and allows for public attendance of 15 socially-distanced seated people.  Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting are asked, where possible, to notify the Democratic Services Officer (caroline.evans@eastcambs.gov.uk) of their intention to attend in order that we can endeavour to accommodate everyone.
