Face-to-Face Appointments at the Council

The Council's Customer Services and Housing and Community Advice services are open to the public on an appointment only basis. If you are unable to access our services online or over the phone you can request a face-to-face appointment.

A number of COVID-19 safety measures have been implemented to ensure the safety of visitors and staff, and customers will be required to adhere to our customer safety guidance.

Due to the restrictions in place, there will only be a limited number of appointments available, therefore face-to-face appointments will not be granted for payment requests as there are many alternative payment methods available.

All appointments will take place at the Council Offices, The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely. Customers will be required to wait outside for their appointments as there will be no internal waiting areas, and only one customer per enquiry will be allowed into the building, unless the customer is vulnerable or exceptional circumstances apply.

Customer details will be recorded and held for 21 days in accordance with the NHS Test and Trace process.
