Did you know that 4 in 10 middle aged adults in this country don’t even get out for a brisk 10 minute walk once a month? Or that inactivity accounts for 1 in 6 deaths, the same as smoking?
It won’t be a surprise to know that getting more physical activity into our lives could improve the physical and mental health of the nation...just a brisk 10 minute walk a day can have a positive benefit on your health.
